Maintenance Needs:
1 large table, 1 small table, 25 chairs, 1 extension cord, and two trash cans needed.
Maintenance Set-Up (4:30-5:15pm)
Chairs placed in rows facing the organ; small table placed between chairs to divide them into two sides. Large table and trash cans placed nearby for refreshments.
Event time: 5:30-7:00pm
Maintenance Breakdown & Cleanup:
TBD based by R. Guyette
Security Needs (6-7:30pm)
1 guard. Program participants to enter through west front, since Cathedral will still be open to the public. Participants to exit through #5 door.
