Patrick J. Egan is Associate Professor of Politics and Public Policy at New York University; and he is Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Politics Department. He has written about race and religion in the opposition to same-sex marriage, political attitudes about climate change, and partisan politics. He also served as an elections analyst for NBC news as part of the network’s Exit Poll Desk Team in the 2016 presidential election.
