Monday, November 1
3 PM - 4 PM
As part of our three-day series of worship services, art installations, and public events dedicated to the ongoing toll of COVID-19, the Cathedral will welcome faith leaders, medical leaders, and local legislators to participate in an interfaith service of prayer. This service will honor the first responders who have so bravely led the response and recovery to COVID-19 for the last 20 months.
All are invited to the Cathedral for this special service, and are encouraged to pray in their authentic traditions. Join us in solidarity with all those who have suffered, and with all those who continue to risk their own lives to save others. Through interfaith worship and cross-cultural dialogue, the Cathedral will once again commit itself to its community.
This service is part of our three-day series dedicated to the toll of COVID-19, Lamentation, Thanksgiving, and Hope. Together, we will mourn the dead and honor those who have cared for the sick through three days of worship services, art installations, and public events at the Cathedral. For more information and the full lineup of services planned in this series, see here.
