Dialogues on Race and Religion: Using the Gospel as Resistance

Gabby Cudjoe Wilkes will lead a conversation about the book Jesus and the Disinherited, in which the theologian Howard Thurman reads the gospel as a manual of resistance for the poor and disenfranchised.

Wilkes is a Masters Candidate at Yale Divinity School, the President of Yale Black Seminarians, Senator at Large for the Yale Graduate and Professional School, and Co-Minster to Young Adults at The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York.
