Voce, one of the finest choral ensembles in the country, performs “Behold the Roses: The Music of Paul Mealor” led by Artistic Director Mark Singleton and featuring world-renowned composer Paul Mealor, who was catapulted to international stardom when his "Ubi Caritas" was featured at the Royal Wedding Ceremony of His Royal Highness Prince William and Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey in 2011.

Voce is a professional choral ensemble based in Hartford, CT and has collaborated with multiple internationally-acclaimed composers, including recording the album Sure on this Shining Night with Morten Lauridsen. Noted for its “tender warmth, exquisite nuance and enduring spirit” by the American Record Guide, Voce’s unique sound evokes an unparalleled level of artistry. Voce’s newly released album, Music of the Spheres, features works by Eric Whitacre, Ola Gjeilo, Dan Forrest and a bonus track with Morten Lauridsen on piano. Leading Voce as Artistic Director is Mark Singleton, a renowned conductor, composer and guest speaker whose energetic and magnetic leadership has made him one of the most sought‐after conductors in New England. His work has been described by Morten Lauridsen as "exemplifying choral performance at its finest" and Stereophile Magazine called his work "heartbreakingly beautiful."
