Party Box includes...

At the Cathedral of St. John the Divine

Indoor and Outdoor Basic Parties Theme Parties,

Spacious facility, event planning, set-up and cleanup,

equipment, parking pass, food, gifts and attentive helpers.

Basic Parties include the use of gymnasium, equipment and kitchen area for two hours including set-up time. Party staff assists sponsor in planning and monitoring schedule of events and setup. Tables and chairs are provided. Helium balloons for each child are available upon request. Party assistant supervises children with sponsor and organizes small group games

Theme Parties include basic party items mentioned above with a choice of pizza or mini bagels and juice. In addition, party staff assists with cake-cutting and clean-up. A helium balloon is given to each child, one birthday child photo button and a recognition badge for sponsor.

THEME SPECIALTIES Consider a special theme for your party.

GYM and THINGS: Half of our 4,000 square foot gym is matted and set-up with climbing equipment, slides, tunnels and life size blocks. Party assistant can organize parachute games and appropriate challenges.

SportS Jam: One or two games are led or refereed by a sports coach. Birthday child can select games in advance or be surprised. Equipment for basketball, wiffle ball, floor hockey, football, dodgeball, parachute games and more is available.

Wall Challenge: A traversing climbing wall (moving across rather than up and down) is used to teach basic wall climbing skills. Try games such as life rope, team toggle and color touch. Obstacle course challenges and, scooter board racing are also optional activities.

Artsy ANTICS: Special arts and crafts projects are led by the art staff based on birthday child interest. Choice includes sculpturing with clay or sculpy, fashion design, jewelry design, plaster cast painting, doll making, mini-canvas painting.

Cathedral Hunt: Hunt for objects inside the largest Gothic Cathedral and at secret locations on the grounds following clues with our guide.

Cathedral Party Box:

admission for ten children guests,
parking pass for one sponsor car,
direction for guests,
use of equipment, gym and kitchenette area, use of tables, chairs,
limited serving utensils,
one helium balloon per child,
birthday child photo button,
and a surprise.

PAYMENT AND SCHEDULES

Your party plans are personalized. From planning to set-up and clean-up, we work to make every event easy so you can relax, enjoy and have wonderful memories. Choose private indoor or outdoor locations on the Cathedral's beautiful campus. Parking pass is available for sponsor's car. Easy ten minute parking for pick-up and drop-off of guest.

Payment: Full payment is due at time of reservation. Minimum of two hours per party.

Available Party Hours:

Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Weekdays: 12:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Available on some holidays. Check our calendar for days on which ACT is closed.
