Child care at your conference or meeting

Professional child care experts will offer child care activities for children 4-12 years old and enable parents to attend and concentrate on workshop session at your conference. Our staff is willing to travel within the tri-state area. Conference facilities are available at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

What does the sponsor need to do?

• provide us with space at your conference center
• include the write-up we provide in your conference catalogue
• guarantee minimum enrollment

ACT Programs will:

• hire and supervise trained staff to lead activities,
• provide all materials and equipment necessary for a fun filled day,
• organize activities based on client's interest and space available at conference facility,
• present age-appropriate activities to children based on pre-determined theme,
• organize special projects and provide lunch or snack as arranged.

The unique needs of each client and the number of children registered impacts the cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Pick-up of children at work site on school holidays

ACT Programs will send staff to a work site to pick up no less than 12 children from an employer and take them on predetermined trips or go to the Cathedral for activities. Workers will spend productive hours knowing children are having fun with peers. They will be returned to the work site at the close of business ( 5pm). Program offered is similar to our Holiday Camp program. Advanced registration is required. Cost to be determined. Contact us for an estimate.
