SUMMER CAMPS
The ACT Summer program is one of the few programs within the five boroughs that offers spacious grounds, an eight-week program, extended hours and a wide age-range of campers. No need to bus your child miles away from home in order to be out in the sun and around trees and flowers. Our 13-acre oasis in Manhattan allows children to garden, meet in fields, play outdoors or in the gymnasiums, use crafts rooms, and eat under the shade of cherry trees. Peacocks and squirrels roam our unique setting. Come visit.

Summer activities offer an exciting eight-week period sure to keep everyone happy, including parents. ACT's unique July Divisions for campers as young as 3 1/2 and as old as 14 have been tested and proven over our 31 years of service. August Camp includes singular offerings in the arts, sports and performing arts. Call for a summer brochure that describes program activities and events.

TRANSPORTATION
Camp is accessible by No. 1/9 Subway trains at 110th & Broadway and the No.4,11 and 104 bus lines less than 1 block from the entrance area. For a map of the grounds and surrounding areas see the Location section of our site.

PARKING
Ten minute parking is permitted for drop-offs and pickups on the Cathedral ground. Security guards will direct you to designated parking areas.

HOURS
CAMP DAY (9:30 A.M.-4:00 P.M.): Except on the first day of each session, campers should arrive between 9:25 and 9:35 a.m. Because the first half hour of each day is used for orientation and planning, we urge you to ensure that campers arrive on time.

EXTENDED DAY (7:45 -9:15 A.M. AND/OR 4:00-6:15 P.M.): Additional information will be forwarded upon registration: All campers go directly to the playground area and report to their supervisor. On rainy days, campers are escorted to the ACT gym in the Cathedral Undercroft.

DEPARTURES (4:00 P.M.): Campers are dismissed from a designated outdoor area. Some special occasions require dismissal from the ACT gym. Location of meeting sites will be posted near the guard booth.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Please read policies on the registration form regarding fees, payments refunds and withdrawals. Once accepted, campers will receive a confirmation letter along with a welcome letter which will provide families with specific information relevant to the camper's summer experience. Our welcome letter is designed to prepare campers for their first day at ACT
