Boys/Girls 4- 9 grades
An exclusive, independent BASKETBALL PROGRAM in a 2-week session
that runs 9:30 AM to 4 P M. It's for children 4-12 years old who
want to develop basketball skills, strength and endurance. The program's
objective is to enrich, teach, and develop new skills for novices
and the most experienced players. Players are evaluated and placed
into groups according to skill level.
Chalk Talk: The hard work is extended into discussion
groups with coaches on game strategy, use of offensive and defensive
plays and a review of official rules in an effort to help players
develop a complete understanding of the game.
Trips: to nearby lakes and swimming pool are parts
of the schedule.
Evaluation: At the end of the 2-week session coaches
have individual meetings with the each player. A one-page evaluation
sheet provides each player with a coach's view on his or her strengths
and weaknesses plus game statistics.
