Words, Stone, and Glass
Understand how cathedrals have inspired generations of writers and artists through readings of poetry and prose. Discover the architecture, stained glass, and sculpture of the Cathedral as "word in stone." Developed for 7th to 12th grade students.

Book Arts Workshop
Utilize the tools and techniques of the medieval scribe to learn about the evolution of book making. Bind a book, create an illuminated letter, grind pigments, practice calligraphy, and design a bookplate.

Writers' Workshop
Explore your creativity through writing and dramatization exercises that take inspiration from Madeleine L'Engle's A Wrinkle in Time. The relationship between individuality, diversity, and community is highlighted in this workshop, located in the Cathedral's Library where L'Engle's book was written.
