The Cathedral's gothic vaulting will ring once again with Giovanni Gabrieli's striking antiphonal motets as the Metropolitan Opera Brass revist their recently-recorded third CD live on Thursday, May 14. Recorded inside the largest gothic cathedral in the world, the glorious sound of Gabrieli's Sacrae Symphoniae, skillfully arranged and conducted by John Sheppard, perfectly matches the monumental setting.
